What is Included in a Home Foundation Inspection?

The inspector will tell you if the house needs foundation repair, if the house needs to be elevated, or if you need to cut down a tree. If your house does need repair, A-1 House Leveling will provide you with an estimate specifically for your home foundation’s needs.
What Does a Home Inspection Cost?
The home foundation inspection is $250. Also, you should be present at the time of inspection. If your house is vacant and has a lockbox on it, it’s important to be in attendance to answer questions regarding past issues.
